May Steelhead

Steelhead fishing is still pretty good but most of the fish we are catching are drop backs, there are a few pre spawn fish around which should keep us going for a while but there are more leaving than coming.  Boat traffic has lightened a bit but is still  pretty high according to the calendar.  I am taking bookings for Fall Salmon fishing on the Muskegon, Pere Marquette and Manistee Rivers.  Float fishing skein and casting hardware for Kings is a blast and these dates book early so don't wait until it's too late.  Fall Steelhead dates are also filling up fast so if you want in on some great November Steelhead action get in touch with me soon.  Here are a few pics from the last couple days on the Muskegon.
