Fall / Winter Steelhead

Steelhead fishing has been outstanding lately.  Water temp is on the drop but is still in the low 40's, level is around 2,000 cfs. and clear.  There are good numbers of fish in the system and we should be set up for a great winter fishery.  I still have a handful of openings in the first half of December for anyone interested.  Below are a few pictures over the last few days.

Fall Steelhead

Steelhead fishing has been very good with the higher water.  Here are a few pictures from the last few days.

Steelhead fishing has been great on the Muskegon River after Sunday's  big rain  brought the water up to about 4,200 cfs.  Here are a few pictures from the last two days.

Muskegon River Steelhead

Nothing new to report, fishing is still good.  Here are some shots from the last two days.

Pere Marquette River Steelhead

Steelhead fishing on the Pere Marquette River was very good today.  We found a mix of bright chrome fish and some that were pretty colored up.  We hooked some pretty big fish most of which did not make the net with the exception of one that weighed 15 lbs.  Brian is pictured with a couple of the fish he caught today.
