Fall Steelhead Fishing Report
Steelhead fishing has been good for us on the Muskegon and Pere Marquette Rivers. We have been float fishing and back bouncing and both methods have been productive. We should see another push of new fish with the recent rain and significant rise in water levels. I have a few openings in December for anyone looking to get out. Here are a few pictures since my last report.

Fall steelhead
There are steelhead scattered throughout the river system and fishing has been generally good but spotty at times. After a solid salmon run that peaked pretty late this fall we can only hope the best is yet to come for fall steelhead numbers. I've been slacking on my updates so here come some fish pictures.

Muskegon River Fishing Report
Salmon fishing on the Muskegon River has been great this fall. We have been catching good numbers of fish float fishing with eggs most days. We should have another week or two of good fishing in deep water for kings. There are still some fish trickling in and some that have been here a while are starting to do what they came up the river to do. Boat traffic has increased significantly since some fish have become visible in shallow water which means it's almost time for us to transition from Salmon to Steelhead fishing, once they show up. Here are a few pictures from recent trips.
