Muskegon River Fishing Report

Steelhead fishing was good for us again today, Brad and Brian put a bunch of nice fish in the net and let quite a few go before they hit the net as well.  Most of the fish we are catching are chrome with just a couple winter fish mixed in.  With warmer air temps and rain in the forecast we should see another good push of chrome fish from Lake Michigan soon.  Here is Brad and Brian with a couple of today's fish from the Muskegon River.

Spring Steelhead

Steelhead fishing has been good on the Muskegon River.  Water level is up around 3,400 cfs. with a nice stain and temp is still on the cool side in the mid 30's.  We are catching a mix of dark and chrome fish but definitely more on the chrome side.  Jim and Rodney are pictured with a couple Steelhead from a very good day on the River.
