Late winter steelhead

Water levels took a jump to around 4,000 cfs and has good color, temp is in the low 30's. There is a good number of fish in the system and numbers should increase soon. February and early March are great times to get out on the river before the spring crowds show up so if you want to get out give me a call. (616)204-4999

I still have some open days in March and a couple in April.

Super Sunday Steelhead

Steelhead fishing was good for us today and it was nice to be out in the 40 degree weather.  There are plenty of fish in the system and we should see some spring start to show up soon.  I have plenty of open dates in February so if you want to get out and catch some steelhead before the spring crowds show up let me know.  Here are a few fish from yesterday and today.

Muskegon River Winter Steelhead

January is flying by!!!  Fishing has been decent but we have definitely had to work for them some days.  Water level has held nicely this winter not dropping below 2,000 cfs.  With mild temps in the forecast it should be a great time to get out and scratch that steelhead itch.  Here are some pictures from the last few trips including a hefty walleye Ed caught today.

Winter Steelhead

Steelhead fishing has been good so far this winter.  We have been catching our fish back bouncing and float fishing.  I have plenty of open dates this January for anyone looking to get out and catch some steelhead.  Here are a few recent pictures of fish we've been catching.

December Steelhead

Steelhead fishing has been outstanding this December!  Water level is dropping and is currently about 2,600 cfs.  There are good numbers of fish throughout the system. Here are a few pictures from the past couple days.
