Summer 2016
With 2 weeks left in the season here at Mission Lodge another summer is almost past. Fishing has been outstanding! While it's always sad to leave at the end of the season I am really looking forward to fishing back in Michigan. Rumor has it the Kings are pretty big out in the lake which should make for some excitement in the rivers this fall. Anyone looking to get out and test your arm against some big kings this fall give me a call, I have a couple dates left in late September and early October. Here are a few pictures of fish we've been catching in Alaska lately.

Spring Steelhead
Steelhead fishing has been pretty good for us lately. We are finding a mix of bright and colored up fish both float fishing and back bouncing. Water temp is in the low 40's which should have more new fish on the move. Water level is up around 4,800 cfs and pretty clear right now. I have some openings for afternoon half day trips in April for anyone that wants to get out and join the fun. Give me a call for details or to book an afternoon trip. (616)204-4999

Muskegon River Steelhead Fishing
With the weather we have now and forecasted for the next week or so it might be safe to say winter is gone. Fishing has been pretty good most days with a few tough ones mixed in. We are seeing a few new fish showing up and warm weather along with rain should bring a good push. I still have some open days in March for anyone that wants to get out and catch some steelhead. Call or e mail for more info or to book a day or two. (616)204-4999
